How does the GTR compensation work?

Modified on Wed, Jan 29 at 7:51 PM

The GTR compensation is available only to couriers in the Silver and Gold tiers. If you are in one of these tiers and complete 650 deliveries in a given month, you will qualify for the compensation regardless of your acceptance and completion rate.

However, you must still meet the acceptance and completion rate requirements to maintain your tier. If you are downgraded to the Blue tier in the following month, you will no longer be eligible for the GTR compensation.

Examples of how the rule works:

  • Imre is in the Gold tier and completed 672 deliveries in August with an 80% acceptance rate and a 98% completion rate. Since he reached 650 deliveries, he will receive the GTR compensation for August. If he completes 650 deliveries in September, he will remain eligible.

  • Zoltán is in the Gold tier and completed 653 deliveries in August with a 61% acceptance rate and a 95% completion rate. While he will receive the GTR compensation for August, his statistics will cause him to be downgraded to the Blue tier in September, making him ineligible for further tax compensation.

Keep in mind that continued eligibility for GTR compensation depends on maintaining your tier!
