What is automatic cash balance deduction?
At the end of each payout cycle, any outstanding unpaid cash balance is automatically deducted from your earnings.
This helps settle the cash you have collected from customers.
When does automatic cash balance deduction happen?
Automatic deduction happens on the 1st, an 16th of each month.
If one of these dates falls on a public holiday, the deduction happens on the next business day.
What time does the deduction happen?
Invoice generation starts at noon, so the cash debt deduction also happens at that time.
If you do not want your earnings to be deducted, make sure to settle your cash debt before noon on the deduction dates.
Will cash debt be deducted even if I have not reached the 100,000 HUF threshold?
Yes. Any outstanding cash balance is deducted at the end of the payout cycle, even if you have not reached the 100,000 HUF threshold.
Example: how does automatic cash balance deduction work?
If you earned 100,000 HUF by the 16th of the month and have an unpaid cash balance of 30,000 HUF, you will receive 70,000 HUF as a payout.
You keep the 30,000 HUF in cash. Your total earnings remain the same — only the payout method changes.
What if my earnings are lower than my cash debt?
If your earnings are lower than your cash debt, you will still need to settle the remaining amount via Barion.
If the remaining debt is not settled, your profile may be set offline until the debt is cleared.
What happens if I reach the 100,000 HUF cash limit during the week?
If you reach the 100,000 HUF cash limit, you need to pay in the cash amount as soon as possible to avoid your profile being set offline.
