If you experience strange freeze that prevent you from completing the tasks when it's done, please contact the support.
Always make sure:
- Mobile data is ON (4G is required, 3G bandwidth or lower is not enough)
- Location access is turned ON (Allow always)
- Power save mode is OFF (if it is ON, you will be considered offline as soon as you lock your screen during delivering)
You can always try to close and restart the application. If that doesn't help, restart your phone.
If none of the above works, you can try to delete and reinstall the app. Pay close attention to always give the highest possible permission to the app when it is asking for it after reinstalling.
