Initiating cash payment in the Courier App

How do I make a cash balance payment in the app?
1. Open the Courier App.
2. Go to the Finances tab.
3. Tap Cash Management.
4. Enter the amount you would like to deposit.
5. Choose the card you want to use for the payment.
6. Confirm and start the payment.

Do I need to settle my full cash balance?
Whenever possible, it’s recommended to settle your full cash balance.
This helps keep your balance up to date and reduces the chance of reaching your cash limit.

Can I choose how much to deposit?
Yes. You can enter the amount you would like to deposit in the app.
However, settling your full cash balance is recommended whenever possible.

What if I haven’t added a payment card yet?
You can add a card directly in the Cash Management flow.
Once the card is added, you can choose it for the payment and continue with the deposit.

How will I know the payment was successful?
You’ll receive a confirmation in the Courier App and by email.
Your cash balance will be updated shortly after the payment is completed.

How quickly will my balance update?
Your balance should be updated shortly after the payment is completed.

Do I still need to contact Support to make a cash payment?
No. You can now initiate the payment directly from the Cash Management section in the Courier App.
If something goes wrong or you’re unsure what to do, you can still contact Support through the app.
